HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?


Since each project is unique, we custom quote each job based on your needs. Please contact us to learn more.




DO I NEED TO BE ON-SITE FOR MY SCHEDULED PHOTO SHOOT?


The client is typically not required to be on-site, however, your input is important and we welcome you to join us if you feel it to be beneficial. Most of our clients choose to communicate via email or over the phone. Note: Our pilots/ photographers are trained professionals, absent your input, they will use their best judgment and experience to decide how best to complete the project.




WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME AND HOW ARE FINAL IMAGES DELIVERED?


Once the images have been made, the photographer will perform digital retouching and deliver to you the following workday, unless otherwise specified. Delivery is via FTP transfer (ie. Dropbox or similar) to the email address(es) you supply. Turnaround times for video depend on the scope of the project, please contact us for more info.




DOES WEATHER AFFECT THE ABILITY TO FLY?


Yes, weather can affect the safety of a flight and the quality of images. Rain, snow, high winds, and reduce visibility may delay or even prevent us from flying. In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.




DOES NEW LEVEL DRONES OFFER GROUND/ INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY?


Yes. We use DSLR and 360 cameras to produce high quality ground/ interior images and video. Our goal is to be an all-in-one, end to end solution. We love drones, but they are just one of the many tools and services we can provide.




WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?


Payment is accepted via cash, check or Paypal. Payment is typically due prior to delivery of final images or video, unless otherwise specified.




HOW DO I "BOOK" YOU FOR A PHOTO SHOOT?


Requests for photography appointments should be submitted via contact form including as much detail as possible. We will typically reply back within 24 hours to verify the date, time and location of the shoot. Next day orders are difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “booked”.
